Inclusive Imagination™ is dedicated to engineering and producing universal tabletop games and accessories for gamers of all ages. Our mission is to include and invite gamers with both sensory and physical disabilities to enjoy and share in the same beautiful game experiences, engaging social exchanges, and fantastical transportive stories as their friends and family through our inclusive universe.
Our Story
Inclusive Imagination™ is a startup from Tacoma, WA, USA built by Garrett Whitmyre, a Special Education Teacher, Teacher of Students with Blindness and Visual Impairments, and Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist. Our story begins with the need for gamers with different learning needs to have active, meaningful participation and access to beautiful games, stories, and experiences in realms beyond. Thus, the braille letter i and an adaptive switch are the capstones of our logo to highlight our focus on individuals with sensory and/or physical differences.

We specialize in stories and experiences based throughout our fantastical, stupendous, and magical lands. Our universe offers immersive gameplay and precisely-engineered game mechanics to balance skill, luck, and wonder all within a beautifully-accessible setting. Our logo features our protector: Gonk the Garden Gnome, to keep us rooted in worlds unknown and mighty adventures untold!

Q1. Is it die or dice? What does "D6" mean?Ans: Usually, "die" is the singular form and "dice" is the plural. However, we'll use "dice" for clarity with the FAQ. "D6" refers to the specific dice model. In this case, the "6" in "D6" refers to the amount of sides. So, a D6 has 6 sides (which is the most common). Our Galaxy Dice Set includes 8 different models: D4, D6, Jumbo D6, D8, D10, Jumbo D10, D12, and D20.
Q2. How big are the dice? What does "Jumbo" mean?Ans: Each dice model is custom designed to include both print and tactile (braille) elements. The classic D6 models found in the D6 Level Up measure 20mm on each side. The jumbo (more glittery) D6 models found in the D6 Titans measure 25mm on each side. In the Galaxy Dice Set, the dice models vary in shape and size. Jumbo refers to a bigger version of a specific dice model which includes a larger print number and a larger braille cell.
Q3. How many dice are included?Ans: The D6 Level Up includes 6 D6 pieces. The D6 Titans includes 2 Jumbo D6 pieces. The Galaxy Dice Set includes 8 pieces (D4, D6, Jumbo D6, D8, D10, Jumbo D10, D12, and D20).
Q4. How does the braille work?Ans: Each dice model includes a braille cell. The braille cell includes the dots or "bumps" in addition to the rectangular box the dots/bumps reside in. Each print number corresponds to a letter in braille and follow a logical sequence. The print number "1" is the braille letter "a" and the print number "2" is the braille letter "b." The sequence continues all the way to the print number "20" or braille letter "t.
Q5. How can I keep the dice in good shape?Ans: We recommend rolling our dice models on a soft surface. The Galaxy Dice Set includes a felt-lined bottom perfect to keep dice rolling for ages! Dice trays using neoprene and woven cloth will work beautifully as well.
Q6. Are the dice value for money?Ans: These dice models are a cutting-edge innovation, and so is the manufacturing equipment to produce them! The current, non-inclusive industry-standard model has been in use for ages; thus, bringing their costs lower but also much less inclusive or changeable. We believe that bringing inclusion to gaming is absolutely worth every penny, and we strive to give you a high-quality, well-polished product for your investment!
