Shipping & Returns
All items ship FREE on CrowdMall.
Shipping is always included in the price you pay for the item. There is no additional shipping charge added, no minimums or exclusions.
Shipping destinations & speed
CrowdMall ships anywhere in the United States, and to all U.S. territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping speeds vary by product creator. Creators estimate the amount of time it will take to produce and deliver the product after the campaign ends and this information is displayed on their product campaign pages. Creators also update buyers on their production progress, and provide tracking and delivery information once the item ships.
Creators may use any shipping methods and services they choose, so your item could arrive via various carriers. Creators are responsible for making sure the item is delivered to you in good condition and as promised.
While rare, they can occur. If you have any issues such as a damaged or lost package please get in touch with the product creator to arrange for a replacement immediately after delivery. If you are unable to resolve the issue with the creator for any reason please reach out to CrowdMall support for additional assistance. via the Contact Us page
Returns are allowed at the product creators discretion. Not all products may be returnable so please check the item sipping conditions before placing your pre-order.
When a creator chooses to allow returns, we have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or report an issue if the item was not delivered to you as promised.
It's important you notify us within this time frame as CrowdMall holds payments to allow for this return window. After 14 days you will not be able to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact CrowdMall's customer support team and we will provide you a return address for the seller.
If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions ( e.g., non-returnable items)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items where the product creator does not allow returns.
We will notify you once the product creator has received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
